Refund policy

Returns and Refunds: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at office@teachthemdiligently.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

There are no refunds without the return of product and returns will not be processed until product is in house. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds on Pre-Order Products

Customer does have the option to request a refund on a product that has not been shipped yet. Once product is shipped, we require return of product in order to offer a refund.

Guarantee

If customer goes through the entire 40-day transform journal and the journal does not live up to the promise of cultivating a heart of thanksgiving, we will provide a full refund. In order to take advantage of this offer, we will require the customer return their journal as proof that they followed instructions associated with the Transform Journal.
